(Serves 8)
4 Eggs
2 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Sugar
1 litre 35% Cream
1) Seperate eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix in half the sugar and set aside
2) Whip Cream, remaining sugar and vanilla until thick.
3) Fold in egg whites.
